Terms of service

1. Who we are

Suitably is provided by JAVIER GONZÁLVEZ ORTUÑO, 23814006J, [postal address], Spain. Contact: suitablyprivacy@gmail.com.

2. The beta

Suitably is in an invitation-only beta. Only invited people 18 or older can sign in, with the Google account whose email address was invited; access is personal and non-transferable. The service is free during the beta. It is unfinished: features may change, break, or be removed, and data may need to be reset if we tell you so in advance. We can end the beta, or your access to it, at any time. We will give you at least 14 days' notice when possible, so you can export or delete your data.

You must be 18 or older, and you confirm this at sign-up. You use Suitably for your own job search.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the documents you upload and to the content Suitably generates for you. You give us a limited licence to store and process your content only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy.

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it is true to the best of your knowledge. Do not upload other people's personal data beyond what is normal in a CV or reference (for example, a referee's name and contact details, with their permission).

5. AI-generated content

Suitably uses an AI model to evaluate job offers and draft documents. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Suitably is designed not to add facts that are not in your documents, but it can still make mistakes.

• You are the applicant. You review, edit, and decide whether to use every document. You are responsible for what you send to employers.
• No guarantee of results. Suitably does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment, and a fit evaluation is an opinion, not a prediction.
• Not professional advice. Suitably does not give legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice.

6. Acceptable use

Do not:

• use Suitably to create false or misleading applications, or to impersonate someone else;
• upload malware, or content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights;
• try to access other users' data, probe or bypass security or usage limits, or overload the service;
• scrape, resell, or build a competing product from the service;
• use Suitably to evaluate or rank other people as candidates (for example, as a recruiter).

We can suspend access that breaks these rules.

7. Usage limits

To control costs, each account has usage limits (for example, a daily number of AI jobs). When you reach a limit, the related features stop until it resets.

8. Liability

Suitably is provided "as is" during the beta, free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, or decisions you or employers make based on content generated by Suitably. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Spanish or EU law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Suitably and ask us to delete your account at any time (privacy policy, section 7).

10. Changes

We will tell you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using Suitably and delete your account.

11. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
